If you're not satisfied with your Gleamr Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

  • Applies to first-time Pro subscribers only
  • Must be requested within 14 days of initial payment
  • Full refund of the subscription amount

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply:

Processing Time: We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle.
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time in settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Refund

A refund returns your money and immediately ends your Pro access. The 14-day guarantee applies to new subscribers only.

After the initial 14-day period, we generally do not offer refunds for:
