To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the email address on your account, the browser you're using, and a short description of what went wrong.

2. Installation & Sign-in Help

Getting started with Gleamr takes just a couple of minutes:

  • Create your account: Head to gleamr.io/sign-up and sign up. If you already have an account, sign in from the homepage instead.
  • Install the Chrome extension: Add the Gleamr extension from the Chrome Web Store so you can save articles directly from your browser.
  • Connect the extension: Open the extension and sign in with the same account. It keeps you signed in so you can save with a single click.
  • Trouble signing in? Make sure you're using the same email you signed up with, and that pop-ups aren't blocked for gleamr.io. If sign-in still fails, email us and we'll take a look.

3. Save Troubleshooting

If an article won't save, one of these is usually the cause:

  • You're signed out: Your session may have expired. Open the extension and sign in again, then retry the save.
  • The page hasn't finished loading: Wait for the page to load fully before saving, then try again.
  • Some sites block extraction: A few pages (paywalled content, apps, or PDFs) can't be read by the extension. You can still save the link and open it later from your library.
  • Still stuck: Reload the page and click Save again. If it keeps failing, email [email protected] with the article URL so we can investigate.
